We provide process consulting services along with SAAS hosting of fully customized solutions that enable seamless digital transformation and optimization of our clients’ business operations.

Chief Executive Officer
Al brings over 30 years of financial services industry experience to Covius having previously served in senior leadership roles at major institutions such as LandAmerica Financial Group, Radian Group, and Bank One Mortgage Corporation. Al is the proud father of 2 girls and a son, as well as a golden retriever and Wheaton terrier. Al loves golf, long walks on the beach and gardening with his wife.
Kevin Fairris
Chief Information Officer
With more than 25 years of experience in financial services technology, Kevin brings strong leadership to the Covius team with a background in both technology and finance. He previously served at Grubb & Ellis, Holliday Fenoglio Fowler and CBRE. Kevin has a MBA in Finance from Georgia State University.
Uditha Weliwita
Chief Technology Officer
Uditha has more than 20 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise solutions across multiple verticals, with long service at Virtusa Corporation and RR Donnelley. He enjoys taking long road trips with his wife, daughter and son. He’s also a self-confessed gadget addict and car nut. Uditha holds an Honors Degree in Information Systems from the Manchester Metropolitan University.
Chris Haldeman
Director, Product Management
Chris has 15+ years of experience in real estate finance and information technology. Currently, he leads the development and implementation of applications on the Convergence platform used both internally and by external clients. Chris graduated from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems.
